The following are the maintenance specifications for several measuring tools (applicable to commonly used aluminum mold inspection tools):

 

1. Do not use whetstone, emery cloth to grind the surface of the gage and the measuring surface and the part of the marking. Non-metering maintenance personnel are strictly prohibited from disassembling, refitting, and unauthorized repair of the gage.

 

2. The storage location of the measuring instrument should be kept clean and dry, free of vibration and non-corrosive gases, and away from places where the temperature changes widely or where there is a magnetic field. The gauges stored in the measuring case should be clean and dry, and no other debris should be stored. The

 

3. Do not touch the measuring surface of the measuring instrument by hand. The sweat and other dirt on the hand will contaminate the measuring surface and cause it to rust. Do not mix the measuring tool with other tools and metal materials to avoid touching the measuring tool. The

 

4. After using the measuring tool, clean the surface stains, aluminum chips, and loosen the fastening device. When it is not used for a long period of time (more than one month), apply anti-rust oil to the measurement surface. When the measuring tool is not in use, it must be put into a protective case. It is best to use the full-time person as a specialist, and to make a record of the annual examination of the measuring tool by an authoritative organization. The

 

5. Do not use the tip of the caliper's gripper as a stylus, compass or other tool. Do not twist the two jaws or use the gauge as a card. The

 

6. When there is a burr on the surface of the workpiece, be sure to remove the burr before measuring, otherwise it will cause the gauge to wear, and it will also affect the accuracy of the measurement results. The maintenance methods and precautions of some common aluminum factory gauges:



1. Aluminum factory dial indicator and dial indicator

 

1.1 The dial gauge measurement surface and rod should be cleaned before use.

 

1.2 Before using the dial indicator, the probe should be compressed so that the pointer rotates at least 1/6 turn.

 

1.3 The stability of the indicator value should be examined before use. In the zero position, the rod is moved downwards quickly or slowly. Now look at the change of the indicator value. When the indicator value changes by more than 0.3 scale, The following questions should be considered: a. Whether the clamping part of the dial indicator is loose or not; b. Is the fastening of the bracket loose? c. If there is no first two conditions, then the dial indicator itself has a problem, please submit the measurement verification. Personnel handling.

2.1 The zero position must be checked before use. If it is not zero, it should be sent to the measuring room to zero.

 

2.2 Since dust, debris, and oil can cause errors of a few microns, the object to be measured must be cleaned with gasoline or a soft cloth or paper, and then measured.

 

2.3 When measuring, the object to be measured must be gently in contact with the measuring head. If the force is too great, it should be returned a little.

 

3. Leverage dial indicator and leverage indicator

 

3.1 Keep clean, dosing surface and shaft do not rub oil.

The inner diameter dial indicator is a precision measuring tool for measuring the size of the inner hole. It can be used to measure the dimensional deviation of the hole diameter from 6mm to 450mm and the roundness and cylindricity deviation of the hole. It is one of the indispensable measuring tools in the industrial sector.

 

5.1 According to the size of the workpiece under test, the corresponding interchangeable probe should be used.

 

5.2 Insert the inner diameter special table into the table frame and compress it once. Tighten the locking screws on the table frame.

 

5.3 Select the appropriate proofreading ring gauge or outer diameter micrometer according to the measured aperture to adjust the inner diameter dial indicator zero.

 

5.4 Rotate the inner diameter dial indicator from the calibration ring gauge or outer diameter micrometer to the measured hole, hold the handle so that the inner diameter dial indicator oscillates back and forth within the measured hole. At this time, the minimum on the inner diameter dial indicator The reading is the dimensional error of the diameter of the hole under test.

 

6. Aluminum mold factory with table vernier caliper

 

6.1 While measuring, gently add the measuring force while moving the measuring jaws up and down, left and right, and then take the minimum value as the measured value.

 

6.2 Note when reading: a. Eyes align with the center of the dial indicator; b. At this position, move the eyeball to read the scale of the main ruler; c. Also move the eyeball to read the indication of the dial indicator.
